Plans & Billing
Habla workspaces run on a plan. Your plan sets conversation (and sometimes
message) allowances, knowledge page capacity, and optional product extras
such as removing the “Powered by” footer. Customers manage this at
/app/billing.
Plan labels you may see
Habla’s customer-facing catalog uses these plan labels:
- Trial
- Starter
- Growth
- Pro
- Custom
This page does not list prices or quotas. Actual current
limits and pricing are shown in the live Billing UI
(/app/billing) and on the public pricing page. Habla operators
maintain the plan catalog; what you see in the product is the source of
truth for numbers.
What you see as a Habla customer
- Your current plan and usage for the period.
- Available plans. Some deployments also offer yearly variants alongside monthly — only when both are listed for you in Billing or pricing.
- What happens when you hit a limit — typically new visitor turns are blocked until the next period or you upgrade.
How plans relate to the product
| Customer meaning | Where it shows up |
|---|---|
| Conversation / message allowance | Billing usage; the agent may stop answering when the workspace quota is exhausted. |
| Indexed page capacity (plan page allowance) | Knowledge indexing stops expanding once the plan’s page allowance is reached. See Knowledge for how that interacts with per-source infrastructure caps. |
| Brand removal / extras | Widget chrome and plan feature flags in Billing. |
Payment
Hosted Habla customers do not configure payment gateways. Available payment methods depend on what is enabled for your Habla deployment; checkout in Billing shows what you can use. This documentation does not promise a specific provider.
